On August 22, 2009 we welcomed 5 new Elders into the Russia Vladivostok Mission. Elders Popoke from Belarus, Elder Velaquez from California, Elder Williams from Kaysville, Utah, Elder Pavlov from Moscow & Elder Spjut from California.
Elder Spencer returned home to Minnesota, then on to BYU.

Keep up the good work! From your stories, it looks like you have made such a difference for good already in the mission and for the missionaries, too. Thanks so much for being such good examples.
Amen to Shawn!! It sounds like you guys are having fun and getting the work done. I am sure that everyone in Russia is blessed to have you there. I know all the missionaries and members love you! We love you too! You guys are GREAT! If I had parents, I would want them to be just like you!!
