Beauty & The Beast

Emma and I went to see Beauty and the Beast at the Center Street Theater in Provo. Before the show, we got to have breakfast with some of the characters.
Emma with Belle and the Prince

We had so much fun, even though the Beast was a little scary. I wish all of my granddaughters could have come - we substituted Summer since the other girls live far away. I had lots of fun. Thanks Emma!

The Pres..............

Last Sunday, May 4, 2008, Mike was released as the Stake President of the Orem Utah Aspen Stake. He served for 9 1/2 years. Elder M Russell Ballard of the quorum of the twelve apostles and Elder F Michael Watson of the seventy presided.
Molly made this sign and posted it. Thanks Molly.............it made his day!

Eric & Elisabeth

Eric, Liz & David.
Eric is #5 in our family. He is going to BYU and is preparing to take the M-Cat at the end of the month. He and Liz dated in high school. After his mission to Costa Rica they were married in the Salt Lake Temple. Liz was going to Utah State University in Logan so they made their lst home there. They survied a year and then moved back to Orem. Eric had gone to BYU a year before his mission, so he was able to get back in. Unfortunately I don't think any of the credits from Utah State transferred over so he still has another year at BYU. They lived in Springville for a while, working at a care center for Senior citizens. They are now zoobies living in Wymount Terrace. They are expecting # 2 in October. David is 16 months. 10 days younger than Molly's Andie.David posing in his easter dudds. He has the greatest expressions!
Eric or "The Perk" showed up on his scooter dressed as Mrs. Doubtfire for Halloween.
One of my favorite photos of David in the pumpkin patch. It's a "Hallmark"!

Molly is our 4th child. She graduated from Ricks & BYU. She served a mission in Los Angeles, Calif. She met Shawn Broderick in the singles ward. They live in Orem and have 2 little girls. Andie is 16 months, and Ali is still in the oven in this photo. Andie or Drew-buggie as we call her in her Easter dress.

The Alaskans!

Our third child, Stephen, graduated from BYU and then went to Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska to become a dentist. He graduated in May 2007 and took a position at Auroua Dental Clinic in Wasilla, Alaska. He married Cammie and they had their lst son, Logan this past December. Mike, Tyson and I visited them last September and here is Dr. Pratt working on his little brother, Tyson, getting all his dental work done in preparation for Tysons mission. Cammie is a RN but is seen here as the dental assitant.

The St. George Gang

Our daugher Jill and her daughter Kylie. Jill is our 2nd child. She and her husband Stan live in St. George, Utah. They have three little girls. Jill teaches piano and Stan is in the insurance business. They have been married for 10 years. Amber will turn 8, Ashlyn is 4, and Kylie is 18 months.
The girls got a trampoline for Christmas. They were so excited until one Sunday they came home from church and the wind had picked up the tramp, carried it up and over the neighbors house, and dropped it in the driveway of another neighbors home. Needless to say, it ruined the trampoline but luckily no one was hurt and it did minimal damage to the neighbors home! Here is Amber showing off her new bike!
Of course Ashlyn had to show off too.............here she is riding her birthday trike.

We acted out the nativity for Christmas Eve. Grandma T made costumes for a ward party. We needed someone to take the photo, so Jared's neighbors came over and their kids also joined in.

Easter 2008 - They are so Cute!!!
Pratt North (they live in Cedar Hills)
Our oldest son Jared and his wife Summer and their two darling kids, Emma and Carson. Jared graduated from BYU in communications and took his first job in Idaho Falls, Idaho as a weatherman. After 18 months he headed for Carbondale, Illinois in pursuit of fame and fortune. He continued as a weatherman, hoping someday to get into sports. However, while attending church one Sunday, a lovely, single, young lady by the name of Summer showed up. The rest is history. They met, fell in love, got married, and a year later moved back to Utah. Summer was going to dental hygiene school in Carbondale! Jared was hoping to land a job out west but ended up changing careers and is now a sales rep for Patterson Dental. He loves his job, makes more money, and has weekends and evenings off! Summer works a couple of days a week at Aspen Dental in Orem. They live in Cedar Hills with their darling kids, Emma, age 2, and Carson, 5 1/2 months.
